ship bottom NJ, LBI, necklace recovered in the sand

Kathleen posted on a local Facebook group after her son lost his necklace and pendant during a beach visit. The necklace was a gift from his grandmother, and he was devastated when it slipped away in the sand. Many people in the group recommended she contact me, NJ Ring Finder, right away.

When Kathleen reached out, she explained it had already been two days since the loss and wasn’t sure if it was even worth trying. I asked her to send me the exact location, and I headed out to search.

Within just 25 minutes, I had the necklace shining safely in my sand scoop—an incredible recovery considering the necklace had been buried for 48 hours and the area was heavily searched.

I sent Kathleen a photo, and she was completely shocked that it had been found. Since she had already returned home, I arranged to meet a family member to return the necklace. Once it was back in her son’s hands, Kathleen sent me a few photos to add to the story.

Another sentimental item saved and reunited with its owner!
