Wedding ring Recovery in LBI – Another Vacation Saved by NJ Ring Finder
Jason contacted me after losing his wedding ring in the sand during a beach day in Long Beach Island (LBI), New Jersey. Knowing how busy the beach can get, I suggested he go back to the area early to try and secure the spot where he believed the ring was lost. Jason was able to rope off a large area and set up with his group—about 20 people—just south of the suspected location.
When I arrived in LBI for the ring recovery, Jason walked me through what happened and showed me the area. Although it had rained since the ring was lost, we could still make out footprints and faint beach cart tire tracks in the sand—clues that would turn out to be very helpful. I searched the initial area for about 15 minutes but found nothing.
We then took a walk mid-beach, and as we faced the ocean, I pointed out where I thought the ring had actually been lost. Jason agreed—it lined up perfectly with the old beach cart tracks. Unfortunately, his group had unknowingly set up all their chairs, carts, and beach gear right over that exact spot.
After asking everyone to move their setup to the already-searched area, I started scanning the newly cleared sand. Less than five minutes into the second search, I got a strong signal on my metal detector. A few careful scoops later, I pulled up Jason’s gold wedding ring!
His entire group was amazed that I found it so quickly. Another family vacation on LBI saved, thanks to NJ Ring Finder—your trusted ring recovery expert in New Jersey.
