lavallette NJ, wedding ring

I received a message from Missy, who was extremely anxious after losing her beautiful ring in the sand during a fine afternoon at the Jersey Shore. I called her right away, and we discussed the details of how it happened. She confirmed the beach was *packed*—so crowded there was barely any space to sit—but she was confident the ring was in the area where they had set up their things. We agreed to meet on the beach in just a short while, as she was certain her ring was right where they were sitting, and the crowd would have no impact on the area to be searched.
With that in mind, I grabbed my metal detector and headed straight to her location. It was scorching hot that day, and, just my luck, I got stopped by the badge checkers. My beach badge? In my other bag. After sorting that out, I finally made my way to where Missy was waiting.
A lot of people in the area had heard of my services but had never actually seen me in action. They asked the usual questions: “Can you really find it?” “How long will it take?” “What’s your success rate?” I reassured them that if the ring was indeed where Missy thought it was, I’d find it within a few minutes. The search area was pretty small, after all.
Someone decided to start recording as I got to work. Just a few seconds later, the ring was in my scoop. Missy was beyond grateful and relieved to have it back on her finger.
